As a teenager, I was drawn to entrepreneurship and was always thinking of creative ways to start my own business. I was determined to succeed and put my business ideas into action. I am the founder of Baby Roots Company and a mother of two boys. My product, the Baby Roots baby hip seat carrier, is currently sold at several baby stores, including A Mother's Haven in Encino, Sweet Threads in Long Beach, and Lil Baby Sprouts in Newport Beach.

After my second son was born, I struggled to carry him for long periods due to his weight and my discomfort. This caused pain in my shoulders and arms and made it difficult to perform tasks like shopping or most importantly waiting in long lines at theme parks. I wanted to create a product that was comfortable for the baby and the parent. The product is designed to distribute the baby's weight evenly across the parent's hips, providing comfortable support for both parent and child. I designed the seat with EPP foam that is a highly versatile closed cell bead foam that provides a unique range of properties plus, it’s 100% recyclable.

I aim to continue expanding my business and eventually partner with a non-profit organization to help children in need. I have always been passionate about helping others. Helping one person might not change the world, but it could change the world for one person. I want to show my boys that hard work and determination can help you achieve your dreams and that helping others is an important part of success. I am grateful for the blessings and opportunities I have been given and hope to positively impact the world through my business and future non-profit work.
